Brioche Mold 23cm Tin Plated. Perfect for baking all kinds of cakes. Just like all the other bakeware in Kungsör range, the cake pan is a really sustainable “Eco product”. The brioche mold is not coated with any toxic “non-stick” (Teflon) material, which also means that it is free of PTFE and PFOA.

These are also fluted tube cake pans in tin plate are available in the following sizes; 16cm and 23cm, plus one with out tube.
There are also angel food cake pans in aluminium are available in the following sizes; 20cm and 24cm.

Use of Brioche Mold:

Grease the cake tin with butter or use parchment paper. The bread loaf pan will only get better the more the cake pan is used. Do not forget to brush the cake pan with butter and sift down some flour or breadcrumbs if you bake directly in it. You can also cut and place a sheet of parchment in the cake pan, which makes it even easier to lift out the finished bread or cake.

  • You can use the mold in the oven, max 230 degrees.
  • We recommend that you grease the mold or use parchment paper.
  • The mold can also be used in the fridge and freezer.
  • You can use metal tools, but we recommend wooden tools.
  • Rhubarb can cause flames, due to oxalic acid.

Care of the Brioche Mold:

Hand wash is recommended. If you avoid a dishwasher, you will avoid any miss-colouring of the brioche mold (the properties remain, however).
