Springform 21cm Two Interchangeable Bottoms Tin Plated. Perfect for all kinds of cake baking, or pies. Just like all the other bakeware in Kungsör range, the springform 21cm is a really sustainable “Eco product”. The mold is not coated with any toxic “non-stick” (Teflon) material, which also means that it is free of PTFE and PFOA.
These springform pans with two interchangeable bottoms are available in the following sizes; 16cm, 21cm, 24cm, and 27cm.
There are also the springform pans with one textured bottom are available in the following sizes; 21cm, 24cm, 27cm and 30cm.
As well there are leakproof springform pans are available in the following sizes; Square 24cm, Oblong 34cm and Rectangular 34cm.

Use of Springform 21cm:
Grease the cake tin with butter or use parchment paper. The springform will only get better the more the mold is used. Do not forget to brush the springform with melted butter and sift down some flour or breadcrumbs if you bake directly in it. You can also cut and place a sheet of baking paper in the baking tin, which makes it even easier to lift out the finished bread or cake.
- You can use the springform in the oven, max 230 degrees.
- We recommend that you grease the mold or use parchment paper.
- The mold can also be used in the fridge and freezer.
- You can use metal tools, but we recommend wooden tools.
- Rhubarb can cause flames, due to oxalic acid.
Care of the Springform 21cm:
Hand wash is recommended. If you avoid a dishwasher, you will avoid any miss-colouring of the baking mold (the properties remain, however).
