Use of Springform 24cm:

Grease the springform with butter or use parchment paper. The springform 24cm will only get better the more the mold is used. Do not forget to brush the baking tin with melted butter and sift down some flour or breadcrumbs if you bake directly in it. You can also cut and place a sheet of baking paper in the baking tin, which makes it even easier to lift out the finished bread or cake.

  • You can use the mold in the oven, max 230 degrees.
  • We recommend that you grease the mold or use parchment paper.
  • The mold can also be used in the fridge and freezer.
  • You can use metal tools, but we recommend wooden tools.
  • Rhubarb can cause flames, due to oxalic acid.

Care of the Springform 24cm:

Hand wash is recommended. If you avoid a dishwasher, you will avoid any miss-colouring of the springform (the properties remain, however).
